"We loved the setting, the quiet spots to relax overlooking the lush greenery of the Algarve. The staff were extremely efficient and polite and the food top quality. The animals and turtles were an extra bonus. We enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. Highly recommended."

"Beautiful rooms and lovely location but this place is crying out for a proper, visible hotel manager. It feels like the hotel has lost its manager as the venue seems to lack direction, was quite grubby in places (mildew around the pool, randomly stacked cheap plastic chairs that didn’t need to be there, structures in the parking area falling down). The chef must have left too, our evening meal was extremely poor. Fazenda Nova could be absolutely lovely but seems to be in a period of decline at...
