"The reviews for this hotel were really good, so I decided to book a night. The check in process was relatively easy. I had to use the bathroom when i we arrived, so that's the first thing I did when I got up to our room. When I walked in the bathroom I immediately saw a big black insect up in the corner near the ceiling. I was able to determine it was dead pretty quickly, because I saw no movement. Ok, I did my thing and walked out to my suite. My husband was watching tv on the bed. I sat down next to him and immediately saw a bunch of longer black hairs on the coverlet of the bed. It looked pretty disgusting. The only good thing about this hotel was the older lady at the front desk. She was very helpful when we had problems with the toilet flushing. "

" The thermostat did not allow the air conditioner to be turned on. It was hot in the rooms "

"the last room I booked for 2 days, I paid 175.90 for two days. i checked in at 2am after driving for 2 days and haven't showered, Room 340 ( mind you I spend over 2k a month here) when I got to my room it was under construction... shower controls were on the counter, shower rod on bed.. I booked the room for the reason o hadn't shower for two days.. Called JC sorry nothing we can do o well.. I'm owed 200.00 in deposits from the last month .. so now I'm owed 475.00 I want my money "

"Breakfast was convenient and fresh"

"Room was clean close to the mall and Legoland and Medieval Times. Pool was pretty good warm enough and small hot tub. Breakfast was good hot potatoes sausage eggs and waffles and the other basic pastries. Good coffee with vanilla creamer. "

"Very good! Loved the stay and the room. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of stuff to do nearby. Staff could have been a little more friendly though! "

"Staff was friendly but the interior (aside from the lobby) definitely needs some updating and fixing up..."
