"When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we got to our room, the room was clean and the air was cold (absolutely loved). The room looked just like the photos from the site. We did not attend breakfast either mornings but I was given the details for it when I checked in. I would stay there again if I ever travel in that area again. "

"The comforter had cigarette burns, the water in the shower made noises the whole time it ran, the elevator was broken, the pool was closed and it reeked of Mary Jane in the hallways not to mention the homeless hanging out in the lobby "

"1. the sink faucet doesn't have proper pressure control. It sprays us frequently 2. The bath tub faucet can detached from the wall 3. When the toilet is flushed, you must open the lid and manually refill the water 4. The room phone isn't connected, so you can't call the front desk 5. The air conditioning is broken. It makes A LOT of noise but no air comes through. There's also mold on the vents! 6. It stinks of urine at all times!! 7. An appropriate amount of towels was NOT provided until...
