"The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud. However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel. I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia . "Checking in to the room was a simple friendly process after I figured out how to get into the property….to clarify finding the correct entrance that leads to the correct doors is s as bit confusing and the doors do not have accessibility features unless you walk around to the parking lot side which was extremely icy.
