"Was very disappointed to check into the hotel and find out that the only elevator they had was broken down. We were not informed of that ahead of time and had to take our suitcases and other items up to the second floor.
Was also disappointed that they don’t have eyes available on each floor we had to go down the stairs to the desk to ask for ice which they gave us promptly, but then we had to go back up the stairs with with it.
I know Hotel is a historical building and that part was very intriguing. The rooms were cute and clean. I asked if we could get comped something for having to use the stairs all the time but because I used a third-party to book they would not accommodate us."
