"The refrigerator didn't work in our room but they promptly moved us to a different room. The ice machine didn't work for the first 2 days we were there. They had it fixed on our third and last night there. I was charged an extra $50 for "incidentals and was assured that I would get it back after they checked and cleaned my room. I haven't received it yet. Our room was very clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was waffles, cereal and toast but the waffles were very good and there was never a wait to get your breakfast. It is very convenient to everything you will need, being surrounded by a Dollar General, a Food Giant, McDonald's and Venture River Water Park. They are all within walking distance. We will definitely stay again if I get my $50 back"
