"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

"An amazing little cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved being able to wander the stunning grounds, and the provided milk, cereal and eggs was a lovely touch. The cottage is perfect, clean and comfortable, and dog friendly too!"

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"It did not satisfy us at all. We left after 4 hours and did not stay the night as we didn’t feel comfortable to. it was a very tiny place compared to the pictures. The toilet seat was yellow, and there was no evidence of the place being cleaned. It was very dusty and the oven had a dirty pan in there. It looked like food had been cooked on it and not washed. "Host changed the address of the property an hour before check in (5 hours into our travel to the location). The amended property had black mould poorly covered by grouting, no shower screen so water went everywhere, and general "DIY landlord" decorating, with damage to many of the walls being slap dash filled and painted. There was also a general sewage smell across the property but that may have just been the area / location. "

"No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person."
