"I cannot say enough about Pheonix and her staff!!!! EVERYONE, was absolutely amazing, so accomodating and helpful. We were there for my son's turning green ceremony at Ft Benning. All he wanted to do was rest in the room. The staff made sure that happened and that we had fresh towels every day! I will be booking my July stay this week with them!!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the property is in terrible shape. The non-smoking room smelled musty and had cockroaches. The phone rang 11 times throughout the night. The neighborhood was somewhat sketchy also."

"The only thing good about this hotel is the bed. They definitely spent the budget on the bed in each room because thats is the only amazing thing about this hotel. The breakfast was horrible. They only give waffles. Over ripe bananas and apples, cereal ( fruit loops and raisins bran), over cooked eggs and flat round sausage. Small mini muffins and a few bagels and toast. You get what you pay for. The ice machine broke, the coffee machine was always empty after 5pm and only decaffeinated. The Elevator doors and elevator inside and out was so dirty you couldn't see your reflection in the steel. The manager seem so disinterested and not welcoming. I Will never recommend or tell anyone to book this hotel unless they are very desperate to stay somewhere for cheap and dirty. This is a hotel for people who dont like to live or dont mind staying in a dirty environment. Just because a customer wants to save money doesn't mean they have to endure dirty living environment."
