The bathroom was also clean and accommodating. Staff: The staff was amazing ! All four of them. Both receptionist were very helpful during my stay. "Incredible hospitality and views of the city of Cusco were the highlights of the hostel for me. The staff works hard to create a very comfortable and welcoming environment, and are happy to help with any requests you might have. The included breakfast is lovely and eating it on their porch overlooking Cusco cannot be beat. I'll be recommending this hostel to any friends that visit Cusco."

The staff in the coffee shop (located on the 1st floor) do not know anything about the hostel (located on the 2nd and 3rd floor). All the rooms are empty, and all the windows are open. Tried to call the phone number on the wall. No one picked up the call. Wi-Fi Code not working. I booked through Expedia. Expedia Chatbot are not helping or connecting me...
