"I really loved the Numa Opera. The location is perfect, close to the train station and within easy walking distance of, well, everything. The beds were so comfortable, I found it difficult to get my travelling companions out of bed in the morning. With the heat wave, the air conditioning was heavenly.
There were only a couple of small flaws. One, I would have liked a toaster in the room. Two, more explicit instructions on how to use the high tech appliances would be helpful. Three, more instructions as to what to do when the fire alarm goes off, which it did, would be reassuring. Four, we were told, after the fire alarm incident which left the a/c off for a very short time, we would get a free ice cream and we never did get our ice cream.
Other than those small, picky details, I was very pleased and very comfortable at the Numa Opera. It's clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. Highly recommended."
