Pai Secret Hot springs, Pai, Thailand

This is a lovely little clean hot spring just outside of Pai, and much better than the more expensive more touristy hot springs around the area. A little harder to find, but it was worth it (on a motorbike) and the road there was a bit windy and some steep bits but this added to the experience. There was also good mud there for a mud bath if you so wish. #AquaTrove #packsandaplan

"Loved the design of the villa and the layout of the resort. Staff were all nice and friendly. Staff dropped us off with a club car at the elephant park next to the resort and we walked back after having some good time with the beautiful animals. Breakfast was good and the two pools were very big. I booked our stay just before our stay as I wasn’t really impressed by the pics here, especially the pool. It turned out to be a very beautiful resort to stay for a while. Yes for next time."

"We loved our stay here. The rooms are comfortable though not the newest. The location is great, a minute walk from the main street and on the bank if the river, so that you can enjoy the beautiful scene of the flowing river. The rooms are nicely, Woodley old style decorated. We stayed three in the room (two adults and a daughter) and it was very comfortable. It is surely a very good value for the money."

"The staff can't speak english apart from the manager I could talk to on the phone, which shows that the resort is for locals and the it's located in a remote and quiet area. The outdoor pool is amazing and the view, just breathtaking! It will be even better when the terraced paddy fields are green in the rainy season. If you're looking for an authentic getaway, I highly recommend this hotel. Strongly advised to rent a car too, however it's still possible to get there by public tranportation!"
