"Clean and beautiful room, staff was really amazing and responsive. Our room was on ground floor and we didn’t know it will be close to street level but noise level was tolerable. We just couldn’t open the window and enjoy the sunlight because it will be right on the street. "

"The apartment is very nice, especially it’s very convenient for eating shopping and traveling. Because there is a famous Chinese restaurant across the street, the shopping center and the metro station are very near around up to 5 minutes walking."

"The communication around check in was poor. The studio wasn’t clean. There were missing light bulbs. The refrigerator is a pocket size. The kitchenette is definitely not a full kitchen. There is no air conditioning so we needed to keep the window open, but it was too noisy at night. Too much noise and cigarette smoking around so the smoke was always in our studio. Would not label these “VIP” apartments at all. The only positive was the location. We would not stay there again. "
