"No geral a experiência foi, boa os colaboradores nos direcionaram muito bem, muito simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto não é novo, porem bem organizado. Único ponto de melhoria é o Wi-fi que é bastante lento, impedindo de realizar video conferencias com qualidade, porem pela localização privilegiada, voce encontra diversos work cafe, a poucos passos do hotel."

"I had booked a loft room for 3 through Expedia. When I arrived I was told only 2 persons for the room. They were kind enough to put us in a rental apt. with 2 bedrooms and kitchenette for the same price. This is an inexpensive option to be downtown. "

"We stayed for two weeks. Nice neighborhood, short walk to the subway. The laundry service across the street is good and inexpensive. Desk staff wonderful. Room, furnishings, appliances all in good shape and good working condition. If you want a good value, no frills, convenient place to stay, this place is perfect. Three suggestions for management: 1) Instead of a coffee table and large wood chair, put a small dining table and 2 small dining chairs in the living room. 2) Do a more thorough job...

"We stayed at Lastarria Hotel & Aparts for a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There were several restaurants within walking distance along with a few shops. There is train station a few blocks away. Cerro Santa Lucia is just a few blocks away as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!! "
