Hostel di Provinsi Urubamba

"We had challenge finding the entrance. We were wandering around and to our surprise, it was right in front of us already. the ground floor is a coffee shop. we were looking for a lighted signage but there was only a tin man holding a shield facing backwards when people are going up. When checked in, there were still underwear from the previous guest that they didn’t see when cleaning. The bathroom is small. So, if you are a big man, the bathroon is not for you. "Todo perfecto, el desayuno, la limpieza, las cercanía con la estación del tren y de bus. El trato del personal."

"There was no hot water for shower at night. Sheet smells. Terrible experience. Paid for 4 people at Expedia, said the price was only for 2 people. Had to pay extra for another beds. Ridiculous"

"Pros: - Very kind staff, they really seemed to care about their clients. - 24/7 check in and services including WhatsApp communication in need of assistance. - I mentionned to the staff what I had difficulties with (see cons about humidity) but they informed me that there wasn't much they could do to help and couldn't accommodate me with another room at that time. "Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean. There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule. Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water. The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash. Would stay again."

"Just a local farming family renting out their guest house. Great hospitality and service. Great for experiencing everyday life in the valeey. Say hi to Bobi"
