"Our stay was amazing from start to finish made by birthday trip so special . The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Francesca nothing was too much for her . Checking trains , booking the spa restaurant recommendations she is such a lovely lady . Apartment were so lovely spacious and clean we had an amazing view . Breakfast was delicious lots of variety and Anita in the breakfast room was so nice and pleasant always smiling and working so hard . Apartments close to everything perfect...

"Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. "

"Exactly what you see in the pictures! Very comfortable room, bright and clean, firm mattress but not rock hard, spacious wardrobe. They also give the choice of different pillows!!! Kitchen well equipped with a small washing up starting pack. The only “negative” thing is that most of the pans are very big so if you are a single person clocking the good will get lost…. But I’m being picky 😁"

"Todella siisti hotelli ja upealla paikalla. Mukava henkilökunta ja hyvä aamiainen lisämaksusta. Yllättävää oli se, ettei huoneiden siivous eikä lakanoiden tai pyyhkeiden vaihto kuulunut hintaan. Mainoskuvissa näkyvät aurinkopedit rannalla eivät olleet käytössä. Uima-allasalue oli upea, sauna oli mukava lisä kun altaan vesi oli aika viileää loppusyksystä."
