"I stay here quite often as the rates are fairly good. The outlet plugs need to be replaced and the electrical needs to be fixed. The rooms need to be updated. I think they fired the manager with the attitude and low respect for customers. The cleaning staff have always been great to me. I also stay at the royal inn in midvale and the rooms there have always been very nice and well maintained and in fact they recently upgraded their upstairs rooms. This place needs a serious renovation."

"At 1:00 am a faily moved in next door and the noise lasted for 30 minutes. I knocked on their door and they were quieter. Otherwise I found the place to be quiet even tho near the freeway. The breakfast was cereal and white bread-not good"

"Great place to stay in Provo! Walk to downtown Provo and Provo City Center Temple. Easy on-site parking. "

"The toilet wouldn’t flush the first night the guy working that night was so nice about it but they had no one to fix it. The next morning the front desk guy kept blowing us off so we left and went on about our day. Came back and toilet was finally working. I don’t think I will come back to this place. It’s not the nicer of Marriott’s we stayed at. "
