Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in.
