Very dirty, spiders everywhere are hotel bed sheets still had hair from the previous guests take a look at the tub in the photo! Cost more money than this damn break chain with breakfast, there was no way we were going to eat that food with all the gnats flying all over the place Way over price this really isn't even worth an Indian $5 hotel. "Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"
