The Censes restaurant left lots to be desired and the logistical mishaps of the front desk charging and lost and found procedure was a bit exhausting…. Hope to try it again one day but maybe after they worked all the kinks out. "

"I booked a junior room with air conditioning (AC), but the AC was not working. When I reported the issue and requested a room change at reception, I was told, “You booked this room, so you won’t be given another unless you pay extra.” As a result, the room was extremely hot and it was very difficult for me to sleep. We had dinner at the hotel because it is not a walkable area and getting in an out of the roundabout is a bit confusing. Dinner was excellent. The website advertised free transporation to local attractions but not an airport shuttle. There is a call service for transportation, but at a pretty steep cost for such a short drive. We use UBER at half the cost of their taxi service. The staff was very nice, but...
