Tranquille et confortable

Excellent !! Le personel est absolument disponible et symphatique. La literie est de très bonne qualité et la pression d'eau sous la douche est vraiment appréciable. Localisé à 2 pas du bord de mer et à 20min à pied du centre. Je recommande vivement.

War für mich ohne Navi ein bißchen schwer zu finden. Am Ende einer Sackgasse. Ruhige Gegend. Mein Zimmer war neu renoviert und sauber. Das Hotel ist gut organisiert. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab auch Bohnenkaffee, was durchaus nicht selbstverständlich ist in Chile. In manch anderen Unterkünften gab es lediglich Nescafe. Der Rezeptionist ist auf meine geringen Spanischkenntnisse eingegangen. So hat unsere Kommunikation reibungslos funktioniert. In der Beschreibung wird das Hotel als funktinell bezeichnet - ja, stimme zu - trotzdem würde ich dieses Hotel erneut. Etwas funktionell - würde jedoch dort wieder buchen.

Es un hotel que se sitúa a 2 cuadras de la costa, no es muy linda la zona de la calle adonde está, pero es un lugar tranquilo. No cuenta con estacionamiento suficiente, sólo para 4 autos y los demás quedan afuera pero es seguro. El recepcionista Victor fue muy amable y dispuesto. La habitación fue cómoda y limpia. El baño muy pequeño pero aceptable. El desayuno completo y abundante. WiFi funcionaba excelente. Lo que si es que es muy ruidoso. Como las construcciones son todas de madera, se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo o en habitaciones de al lado o de arriba. Pero es un lugar recomendable

Custo benéficio vale a pena.

Tivemos um problema com a água quente nos dois primeiros dias, foi resolvido. Atendimento muito bom e quartos limpos. O principal problema é a falta de isolamento acústico, o barulho no corredor parece que está dentro do quarto.

Very cute facility. Check in was very easy and they handed us a remote for the TV and a card to open the door. Breakfast was even available before the time they indicated, which helped us out when we had to leave early for the airport. The walls are very thin so I could hear the person in the next room snoring. The lock on our door was very hard to operate. The pillows are quite thin and lumpy. It was nice to have secure parking and the shower had good volume to it. It was decently priced and it was where we needed to stay. The staff was also nice and helpful.

Ótimo custo benefício.

O Hotel é pequeno e por isto pode atender bem a todos os hóspedes. Os quartos ñ são grandes mas suficientes. O pessoal é mto atencioso e todos prestativos especialmente o Nerio q é mto profissional e experiente. Está a pequena distancia do centro turistico mas há transportes em pequenos onibus locais a somente 1 quadra e tmbm 1 quadra do lago com belissima vista. O café-da-manhã foi farto com sucos, tortas deliciosas, cereais e o básico, só faltou um paozinho de sal quentinho, mas aí é querer d+ fora do Brasil né....rsrsrs... Para quem deseja passear e voltar para uma boa noite de descanso é um otimo custo benefício. P.s.: eles preferem casais sem crianças p/ evitar barulho e correrias no hotel. Pra mim foi excelente. Abcs ao pessoal do hotel. Na receção Nerio e Victor foram profissionais de 1@.

Muy limpio el hotel, la gente amable, está a 2,4 Km del centro pero tiene bus qué pasa continuamente. El problema es que se escucha todo lo que habla la habitación contigua.

It was my second stay here within a month. I can fully recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's obviously not a luxury-hotel, but absolutely perfect for a short stay. I would come again.
