"Not at all like the photos and when we came back the window and door was open. Dont recc. Also not accessible to walk around."

"Fun pools. My kids loved the little pool with the slide. The rooms are big but a little outdated. Staff was overall good. The main issue is the food. It is terrible and we ate out sometimes to avoid the food. No poolside snacks which is hard with little kids/ it’s nice to sit on your lounge chair and be able to order food. The pool drinks were good and the bartenders were really nice. We had a nice time but the food is a major issue."

"we stayed at this property for 10 days and from start to finish they treated us like a royalty. The concierge were great and helped with everything. The housekeeper kept that property so clean it was insane and the restaurant was five star. We’ve stayed in PVR many times before and this was one of our best stays if not our best. We will definitely be staying here again and I can’t wait."
