Great authentic hotel, we had access to the incredible pool straight from our room, which was a sun trap all day and had loungers dotted around. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Located in a reasonably good area, 15 minute walk away from the main strip so noise is low. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to check out, which feel more like places the locals go! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the authentic Mexican vibe of this hotel. The pool and area was amazing. It was in a safe walkable area, easy access to the beach and shops. I would definitely stay again

Great stay experience. Great location close to lots of places. Only thing was the beds were not the comfiest/hard and the noise of other people could be heard very loud through the doors. Other than that we were comfortable and it served its purpose for our trip!

Very helpful and kind staff, breakfast in the morning is excellent. Centrally-located. Wifi only available in the pool area. Quiet location, lots of road work being done at the moment, so some difficulty in accessing the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

My parents stayed in an apartment nearby and this was very walkable. There is construction outside, but it didn’t bother us at all. Construction means improvements! Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Each room has a pitcher and cups with bottled water in the hallway. Pool is just right!

Convenient to Versalles dining options, beach, Plaza Caracol. On main bus route. Large rooms. Quiet. Very clean. Breakfast-coffee and a sweet roll. For approximately $3.00 US, you can add a large fruit, yogurt, granola bowl. Nice pool! Stayed for 1 week and would stay again.

Our room was big, it had a small kitchenette in case one wants to cook. The swimming pool was nice, water is heated. The beach is walking distance from the hotel, there is also a pharmacy and grocery store across the street and a few restaurants. The hotel has no parking, there is parking on the street but sometimes is crowded and there are no empty spaces. The hotel is right next to a busy street, if your room in on that side of the building it may be noisy at nights. There is a small restaurant but we did not try it.

Pool area was beautiful. Loved having a fridge and also stove, toaster, and dishes. Our room was on first floor and we had our own little patio near pool. Pool was heated and clean. Area was safe but under construction. Lots of restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Costco 15 minutes walk away. Other grocery store closer. Beach access 5 minutes walk. Great area and close to bus. It is an old property but we came to love it. The good outweighs the bad. Good bed and AC works. Staff fixed leaking pipes under bathroom sink. Old shower but hot with good pressure. Would stay again!

The only bad thing was the really inconsistent internet. Do not expect to be able to work remotely. And I wish I had a fridge in my room but I got what I paid for. Also did not like the plastic sheets but I understand why those would be used. Great pool though and a very clean hotel overall. Great location

Road construction and chaos in front of hotel. Main crosswalk is out of service. Nearest crosswalk to beach is 1/4 mile away. You must cross several lanes of traffic without walk signals. Very dangerous. Elevator stopped working requiring elderly mother to walk down stairs and me to carry wheelchair. Staff were not helpful.

Housekeeping were through, front desk were as accommodating as they could be. I saw photos of the pool.beautiful! But it had BLACK MOLD around tiles.made it slippery,very slippery.almost fell. I'm a retired flight attendant and I have plans to Rio,Argentina,New Zealand. Can't do that with a broken leg or hip. I told front desk that I would clean up tiles myself! No! MGMT thought it was not necessary.Dont go there! I never gave any hotel a bad review. But this time I am.
