The reviews were mixed in relation to the hotel however, I am glad that I stayed. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre which worked out well given the high concentration of tourists in the market area; the room itself was comfy with dark hardwood furnishings which I wasn't expecting and internet connectivity was excellent. There is really nice roof top area on different levels which was a nice place to retreat to at the end of the day. The staff were helpful and friendly and I would certainly stay there again.

This is not worth the agony.

Do not go here! The pools were filthy. The nearest street leading to town was torn up entirely. There was no way to walk on it. And the location of the property was rather far from all the action. Awful experience. I left to another hotel left right away.

My family and I reserved a room. When we arrived, we were asked to wait because they were having trouble with their internet connection and could not check us in. Our check in was at 3:00pm, so we waited an hour and a half and still nothing. They called in another employee that completely ignored us and another family waiting to check in as well. We asked how long and he replied “until it’s ready”. We waited 2 hours and left. It turns out that they charged us the stay even though we didn’t stay at the property. The other family as well.

When we arrived the front desk was unattended when someone finally came out they rushed us off no customer service. When we got to our room we noticed there was no hot water we went back to the front desk and no one opened the door. We were not given any paperwork with after hours number because our check in was so rushed. The hotel is on a main road which is very noisy. We asked for a room with two beds and a sofa and we were given a room with two beds only and paid the same price. During check out we explained the no hot water situation and no one cared we didn’t get a discount. Very bad customer service.

No puedo opinar nada más que terrible , llegamos y no pudimos ospedar , no tenían habitaciones , tenían problemas entre dueños y no solucionaron nada , además de que la persona que contestó el teléfono muy prepotente , quiero mi reembolso porque no estuvimos en el dicho hotel

Pésimo lugar

Las fotos no son reales la habitación si pero el resto no , la alberca no es más que una de las portátiles de acrílico y está muy sucia , está al pie de carretera el acceso al hotel está hasta Peligroso porque no cuenta con rampa para acceder es tierra y es gascosa dificulta el entrar y salir de ahí a los autos porque derrapan , demasiado ruido por vecinos que tiene llenos de gallos hasta parece que está en un ranchito , no ponen botellas de agua , la playa está como a 3 kms caminando ,

Esta retirada del centro del Sayulita y las calles son terracería y se ve insegura la zona, el precio me pareció adecuado a lo que ofrece, habitación limpia, sin embargo los clósets huelen muchísimo a humedad, la alberca en miniatura, ni la pudimos usar.
