The staff were generally nice, but there was no Wi-Fi in the room, so I had to spend extra money on mobile data. The building was very old, and there was a lot of mold in the room. There was no soundproofing at all, and the shower water pressure was extremely weak, so it took at least 30 minutes just to take one shower. On top of that, every time the air conditioner turned on, it made a loud whirring noise that startled me awake in the middle of the night. But great location

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was decent but out dated. I slept well though. I didn't understand how you can only get towels until 6pm. We wanted to go sit on the beach and it was a little after 6 and they put the beach chairs away and the towels. Couldn't use the pool that was open till 10 without the towels. Confused on that rule. Overall good.

This is a plain 3-star hotel. Rooms are basic, some are smaller than others and can be very cramped. Lots of noise from restaurant exhaust or maintenance facilities (the laundromat room has some wicked vibrations too). Do not recommend "all-inclusive" option, food options were limited and not exciting.

The staff was wonderful, and while the hotel is in a fantastic location, it’s very dated and in need of repair. The only elevator that goes to the top floor was down much of the stay so we had to take stairs. One morning we awoke to brown water coming out of the faucets, but it was repaired within hours.

All amenities and staff was through the roof if I was to rate it from 1-10 it would be a 15 I can’t find anything or anyone that want excellent me and my wife will definitely be returning. We had so much fun and enjoyment and one of the best places we stayed at in the seven years that we’ve been going.

Paid to upgrade to oceanfront room (240) but the view was blocked by a restaurant table that was never used and the room was over the exhaust fan of the restaurant which was incredibly loud. The room was small and very run down . The bathroom was very small and the sink was by the beds not in the bathroom which made it difficult to get ready. The sliding door on the balcony didn’t work well and a bed was pushed up against it so you had to push the bed over to even get to the door. Had to go up 3 steps to a narrow area to sit in a chair. Our friends were a floor above us and the ocean view they had and the room set up was much nicer. The buffet had a small variety of food. Breakfast was good with omelets or French toast made to order. The female chef at the lunch beach buffet was awesome - made the best burgers to order. All the beach and restaurant waiters were incredible. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Beach had plenty of umbrellas for shade.

Was not family friendly to much guy on guy kissing on the beach front chairs, also inappropriate behavior, couples making out in pool area where children are present. We will not recommend this place to anyone. Next year we spending one month at a more family friendly location.

UNBEATABLE LOCATION and looong working hours of the swimming pool, which is much appreciated. The staff was lovely, the rooms were comfortable and the aircon worked beautifully. The hotel also has beach front loungers. However, this hotel has seen much better days, this is definitely not a 4-star hotel anymore. It is in high need of a refurbishment. Upon check in, we were given a room that stank of dampness and had mold in the bathroom. We were moved to another room, and the ventilation grille fell out. We were immediately changed to another room (thank you so much for the room upgrade!) and this was much better; however, the balcony door didnt completely lock. Having said all of this, if you manage your expectations that this is more a 3-star hotel, I would recommended it and come back.

The GOOD: The hotel location can't be beat. There is beach access and the staff were actually very friendly and helpful. The beach staff were very attentive and ready to get your drink. The food was actually decent and I liked that there were happy hour options between lunch and dinner. My hubby and I did the all inclusive package and we felt it was worth it. The BAD: The hotel itself was sooo run down. We didn't see any roaches but I know it has been reported by other guests. The curtains in our room wouldn't close all the way and the room smelled funky, like mildew. The kitchenette was nice to have but so run down. The fridge was rusted on the metal and it wasn't super clean feeling. Tons of signs of recoated paint and they painted what looked like electrical wiring. Many of the light switches didn't work. This place needs a full remodel of all their rooms. It looks like nothing has been done since the hotel was built in the 80s. We had prepaid for our stay so it wouldn't have benefited us to go to another hotel. The location, staff, and food outweighed the terrible rooms. I would not stay here again because the rooms were that horrible.

Great location. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Big bathrooms with lots of counter space and plenty of hot water. Nice size fridge in the room. Good breakfasts. Great staff. Only downside was the concierge seemed very limited. I found better tours searching the internet.
