This resort is nice. Not the place to stay if you are looking for a beach vacation since it is very rocky. The pools are nice as are the restaurants. We had great service during our stay. There are nice pools. Rooms are a great size and very comfy bed.

Beautiful resort hotel. Convenient location - 15 minutes walk to the Malecón boardwalk. If you don’t want a timeshare presentation, don’t sign up for any free things offered after you check in. We did not do all inclusive. Often took Uber to restaurants. Enjoyed the quiet pool, ocean view and sunsets from a nice room, comfortable king bed.

I didn’t get an all inclusive, there’s a lot of restaurants 5-10 minutes away, taxi only charged 4-5 dollars each way. There are 100s of really good restaurants in the area, it’s in a prime location.

Pros: Every staff was amazing except two which we spoke to the on duty Manager about and he apologized and sent us champagne and food and treats to our room. Pools are perfect, restaurants are great food and presentation of food is on par. Rooms are updated and beautiful and they always stock fresh bottles of water for drinking. Cons: Two staff members were awful in treating us as guests, one scolded me for buying another suitcase and the other one said because I wasn’t a single parent I wouldn’t be buying a time share when in actually my plan was to buy one because I enjoyed the resort so much.

Overall a very good experience. Good dining options. Jacuzzi very large but otherwise lacking. Not hot enough and too shallow. Hotel does not have a sauna, I guess in a warm climate not too interesting.
