Fun in the Sun

Hotel was situated wonderfully. Lots of shops and plazas around with a huge selection of restaurants to pick from all within walking distance. The Malecon is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. Only problem was the presentations they try pushing on you to attend so they can talk to you about their timeshare programs.

Our room was very clean upon arrival, although we had to wait like 1 and a half for our room to be ready, the pool staff is extremely friendly and the food is good.. this is a family friendly hotel however is fine to relax.. the only disappointing thing is that there was no kids activities during our stay.

Buen Hotel

El hotel es bonito y tiene todo para tu estancia, el personal en su mayoría muy amable, me agrado el hotel. El cuarto era cómodo y tenia cocineta con todo lo necesario, lo único malo fueron los ruidos de la habitación que estaba junto a la nuestra. El hotel esta a 15 min del aeropuerto y muy cerca de restaurantes y centros comerciales.

El hotel por fuera i en las fotos se ve bien pero estando dentro es decetcionate llegas cansado y haces check in y para pronto te abordan para que les compres te tienen como dos horas y despues llegas a tu cuarto y sorpresa los cuartos apestan a pura humeda nos emfermamos por el olor

Got locked out of my room twice for over an hour because maint had to reprogram the door both time was asked to wait By the door was there for 30 went back to the front desk they said they where on there way 30 more min no one had to go back down it was really annoying being out on the hall for so long

Nos tocó llegar en una fecha en la qué pasó un frente frío y el cuarto no contaba con calentadores. Por las noches se escuchaba ruido del aire acondicionado (aún cuando no estaba encendido) también se escuchaban ruidos de agua cayendo. Las almohadas no eran cómodas tampoco. En el restaurante te decían que dejarás propina porque no estaba incluida en el servicio y en recepción te dicen que no es necesario que dejes propina porque ya está incluida en todos los alimentos. La comida en el restaurante El Patrón están salada. El restaurante ofrece servicio de buffet en el desayuno a pesar de las restricciones del COVID todas las personas tenían acceso a tomar los alimentos con la misma cuchara. En fin la verdad no regresaría a este hotel en una segunda ocasión.

I like how clean the restroom were. I did not like how waiters as soon as they see you are all inclusive they don't take care of you. I don't like t That they had an open buffet everyone was touching everything. I would not recommend it or come back.

Bueno pero sin lujos

Hotel bien ubicado al lado de plaza la Isla, es un hotel rústico el mobiliario ya tiene sus años aunque la limpieza es buena las instalaciones son antiguas aunque bien conservadas precio justo ya que incluye desayuno en general todo bien pero sin lujos.
