"The hotel duplicated the room charge - i paid for my staff through expedia and yet on arrival i was charged again. I discovered the duplicate and wrote to the hotel on 26th April. its now 30th April and i have not even gotten any acknowledgement. Totally unacceptable service."

"Breakfast was fresh nevertheless a little change in daily menu would go a long way for someone spending five days at the property. Location was perfect ! Friendly staff. Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. "
