"First of all, several issues marred our stay. Upon first entering our room, we found a used floss pick on the floor—which felt especially unhygienic given the room was supposedly just cleaned. The room also had an unpleasant, persistent odor, and the ventilation system was clearly inadequate. Worse still, our bathroom toilet stopped flushing. Staff came to inspect it but couldn't resolve the issue, so they called in a repairman. He also failed to fix it on the spot and said he'd return later....

"Nice clean rooms and very nice grass area for pets. The pet deposit is very expensive relative to other hotels, and the amount was not disclosed until AFTER we completed the non-refundable reservation. For that, they lose a star in my rating. Otherwise, nice hotel conveniently located."

"Staff was great. Unfortunately the room was SO loud…. It’s not a good sign when the room comes with earplugs.. and unfortunately they were no matched for the very loud mechanical elevator noise. It was a very poor night sleep."

"The night manager that checked me in was great. The breakfast was meager. The upkeep was pretty bad yet I was able to take a bath without the water escaping. First bathing after four days at Mount Rainier and Mount Baker. Worked well to get cleaned up and organized."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. My husband got food poisoning after drinking the milk served at the hotel’s breakfast, which ruined part of our trip. The hotel is also located right beside a very busy highway, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Even with the complimentary earplugs provided by the hotel, the traffic noise was unbearable. We would not stay here again."

"do not stay here!!! there was holes everywhere filled with napkins. If you are checking in later than 10pm you have to wait for a staff that lives in the community to open you. Also mid night we woke up to people talking and realized our window had been opened the whole time we were there. Smelled horrible!! Staff was cussing on the phone when called about check in"

"The room smelled really bad, the pool was closed, nighttime staff was very rude. They have plumbing problems and our toilet clogged, i alerted the nighttime staff and very rudely told me to come get the plunger as i approached the front desk someone else was coming back with the plunger. I had to unclog the toilet myself and I’m disabled. I will never return to this place again, there were druggies all around the property."
