"The hotel is located in a very quiet, secure, and convenient area. We arrived super early from a cruise and yet, our room was ready! The room was very spacious, great light, and felt luxurious! Awesome quality towels and robes. The bed was super soft, which was not good for me since I have a back injury and need a firmer bed. "We stayed for a week to watch Word Cup. Location for Lumen Stadium is the best you can have, the hotel is right next to it. Our first shock happened the first thing in the morning. We were woken up by the hotel staff that is on strike right now. They are apparently going through negotiations with the hotel regarding their new contract. Hotel is refusing to pay them more or give them enough hours so they can afford living in a very expensive city. When making reservations I had no idea that...

"This is a hotel is in one of the oldest buildings downtown, it is probably very difficult to maintain for its age but they do their best I think. The location is great for getting out and walking the Pioneer Square and wharf area. My only complaint really is that the breakfast area is way too small to accommodate its guests. Only seven or eight small tables available. Also, they really need a second waffle machine to serve its guests adequately. On a slightly humorous note, our tv had no sound...
