"The room was okay, nothing fancy, but for the price I thought it should have been better. One staff member was not pleasant at all. She just was not nice like I am used to to South Carolinians being. I lived in Charleston for several years and this is not what it was like before. This was not my first time staying on the Isle of Palms either. I thought I reserved an ocean view, but the view as only a partial view, that was disappointing as well. The place was clean, just not as nice as I thought...

"Room was lovely with a balcony, though if possible ask for one that's not on the first floor, where what you see is the pool. The Harbor view from upper floors is beautiful. Daily resort fee covers the usual, but they also provide a free shuttle into town which was so worth it and ice cream treats daily."

"We arrived late around 9 and checked in with Ron - who was extremely courteous and helpful - he turned the lights on in the dining room so we could play Backgammon. Breakfast was great - bed was great - shower had good pressure - AWESOME STAY!"

"The room walls were thin- can hear everything in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Pool was always full; difficult at any time of day to get a spot and front desk was not very knowledgeable. Restaurant had decent food, rooms were very clean, coffee shop was great, and so was the location- close to everything!"

"Our flight out of Charleston was canceled at 8 PM one night so we booked the Drury and wish we could’ve stayed several more nights. The hotel has a great breakfast, a wonderful swimming area with hot tub, and the rooms are immaculate. Plus the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. The room we booked was not available when we got there so we were upgraded to a king suite. It made our flight delay and all that goes with that much more bearable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough."

"Room and facility overall was very clean in Summerville SC location. Staff at check-in and breakfast were efficient and pleasant to work with. I had to book a stopover for my trip home and I have reserved a room at another Hampton Inn based on this stay."

"The staff have excellent customer service and the buffet breakfast is a rare find anymore and was great! The only cons were the room had a weird layout and the pool water was too cold and doesn't see much sun throughout the day."
