"The location is excellent to me. Tram stop, U bahn and major train station, supermarkets and cafés all in easy walking distance. Rooms are clean and tidy, Lukas who welcomed us has been helpful to solve everything. Would come again if visiting Vienna in the future."

"Excellent location, directly on Mariahilfer Straße and directly outside Neubaugasse station. The staff is very welcoming and reactive, rooms are well equipped. The only downside is the very narrow lift."

"What a wonderful experience. Its so hard to find one room that can take 2 parents and two kids. Only minor downside is if you come in a heatwave its HOT! Outside of that tou cant find a better place to stay. Amazing location great staff great price. 5/5. Id give it a 6 if I could. Highly recommend"

"The self check-in was great. The main entrance to the suites was a little obscure and hard to find in between the shops, we figured it out though. The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked very well. We thought the beds were very comfortable and we especially liked the complimentary tea and coffee near the wet bar. The bathroom sink had a slow drain, but it was fine for our one night stay. The location was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!"
