"This stay felt like a three‑star experience at best when compared to hotels in North America or Southeast Asia. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks, and the room had an unpleasant smell. There was only one coffee cup in the coffee bar area, no spoons, and we were expected to use a chopstick as a stir stick.
