"The place was fine for a one night stay. Here are a few things to know. We reserved for 3 adults expecting to use the sofa sleeper. We got in late and once checked in, looked for the sofa bedding. Finally we called and were told we had to get that from the front desk. We barely got there in time before the desk closed. "Great location with close proximity to the beach (walking distance) and old town Fernandina Beach (short drive). Large pool with an outdoor bar area. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly. Overall a great stay. Couple of hiccups. Upon check-in, the credit card reader would not work. After trying multiple times, finally went to the adjacent terminal to put my credit card on-file for incidentals with success. This took about 15 minutes. After driving 4 hours you...

"The plus ,location right in front of the beach and staff very helpful and friendly, the bad.... so many things, outdated facility, not very clean, flooded sink, low pressure shower, really not what we were expecting."
