"The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. "The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. The staff opened the door while we were sleeping three times, after the second time we put a DND sign on, they came in the third time. We are not mad at all the cleaning crew or anything because...
