"Genuinely one of the most jarring stays I’ve ever had to date. Don’t believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely ‘indoors’ much less ‘air conditioned’. "The room was fine, except for no elevator. Check in process was utter confusion, they had no idea who I was and had no record our reservation. They required me to pay in order to get the price that hotels.com offered me, couldn’t use my credit card. Took 45 minutes to get checked in."
