"Love how spot is right across from water, lovely cocktail sitting in adirondeck on water. Great walk to public beach, with best swimming ever! Great restaurants just a short walk away! Room with balcony was the absolute BEST! Will definitely be back!!!"

"It was convenient to our plans. The carpeting was very dirty, stained in corridors and elevators. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. Breakfast was not bad but limited. The staff in dining are was very friendly. Overall when we visit this area again we’ll stay elsewhere!"

"We stayed at the Break for two nights during our trip to New England. The Break was an incredible find. Beautiful hotel in a great location. The roof top restaurant and bar were fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely return next time we are in the area visiting family. Excellent experience."
