"The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night. "

"we went for a quiet relaxing weekend on the beach we were at least 15mins from the beach very limit beach as hotels own most of them the beach we did find was so crowded you could of put a pin between us most of the parking was members only so when we did find somewhere to park it cost us 40.00 for the day so not a good experience so we will never go back to Naples "

"Great property! Wonderful layout of kitchen, living room and pool area all connected for family enjoyment. Pool surrounding gardens very green and taken care. "

"I liked that the property was clean. I did not like that the pool had sharp things on the bottom that my daughter tore her foot on. I didn’t like that there were 3 bedrooms & the only tv was in the living room…just 1! I didn’t like that there was no door to the master bathroom..only a curtain. I didn’t like that we only stayed 1 night & left & I contacted the properties person & have yet to have this resolved."

"We really enjoyed staying at this property . It is a beautiful home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The house was immaculate. There are plenty of towels , along with soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Tv in every room, but you need to stream if you want NBC, ABC, HGTV. etc. Very well located near many restaurants, shopping, and Vanderbilt beach. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. "
