"Overall i was happy with my stay. We had one of the private pool villas and it was totally worth it. The sunrise in the morning was great as it came up just opposite us. Nice views of the sea etc. For this alone I was very happy. The breakfast was good enough. The egg station was good. A reasonable amount of choice and you can sit outside with a nice view when having breakfast. The main pool is ok but no one seemed bothered to clean around it (people left rubbish etc). This hotel has its own little part of the beach but it's not the best part. I didn't use it. The staff were good. Overall it's a nice place. FYI it's a 4 star hotel not 5. Perhaps if i had not gone for the private pool villa i would not be so happy with my stay but i did so."

"Nice hotel near Lamai beach, which is a more laid back part of the island. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, but not a lot o shopping choices. The pool area is nice area to lounge, overlooking the beach. The breakfast buffet for an additional $11 was a good deal for what you get - a variety of Western & Asian cuisine that was so delicious. The professional staff are friendly, welcoming & accommodating."
