"Absolutely lovely,helpful staff and convenient location in walking distance from Port Vila. Regrettably the property needs maintenance and updating. The water for showers is lukewarm, the internet needs updating as iit was unavailable and the lagoon can't be used due to pollution from sewerage. It has potential if some money is spent on the facilities."

"Great hotel. Bit pricey if you buy drinks and food there all the time, but food and drinks are good. Breakfast is great. Wifi doesnt go to rooms, which usually wouldn't be a problem, but I had to work, so always had to get close to reception to do that. Would be handy in this day and age if wifi was upgraded. Great pools, nice staff, clean beach. Good Fire show. Would recommend"

"Our stay was so lovely at Nasama. The pool was an absolute vibe every day, it was a bit windy which can get a bit much from the ocean but it was a warm breeze welcomed for our Melbourne winter escape. Nothing is too much for the staff to accommodate, snorkelling gear available for use from the reception. The tap water I couldn't adjust to but bottled water was easy to source from the cafe and restaurant on site. Everything can be charged back to your room to deal with at the end, bus drivers...
