"The staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable! Excellent bed and bedding! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thankful that we could have our pup with us too!"

Black mould in the windows, hot and stuffy, had to ask for toilet paper and soap, crack and hole in the bathroom sink which didn’t drain, shower just shut off mid shower, coffee pot didn’t work, housekeeping took all the plastic glasses away and didn’t replace. "Surprisingly ritzy (and pricy) hotel at the top end of the island. Nice reception, good (but expensive) pub food. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, quiet hotel. Woefully insufficient parking space."
