"The room had everything I needed but the low lighting was a challenge!"

"Needed a quilt on my bed as it only had a sheet so I was happy to receive a quilt and blanket. Heap pump is there but I dont use a heat pump. Staff are excellent, Room service excellent, highly recommend Tom Yum Prawns. Great hospitality. Booked for next month and a few of other Students have changed accommodation to Waiora so that's Word."

"The rooms are big with a lot of space. They are needing a good clean as in mild in the shower. Handles on the kitchen bench were needing a scrub."

"Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience "

"We traveled from the USA and this was our first stop. We loved it! Yes your patio smells like sulfur sometimes, but that’s to be expected when staying right next to the active geothermal lake. They were very helpful and responsive to all our questions/requests. The breakfast had a great variety and the quality of food, juice, and drinks was truly surprising. The room was very clean, the parking was very convenient."
