"The check-in process was extremely frustrating. It required multiple phone calls telling me I'd receive links to confirm check in which didn't come through. Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. The intercom code also did not work, which meant we had to wait for someone else to arrive before we could access the letterbox.

"We received an email from the property management team while traveling instructing us to:
1) go to one address, pick up keys
2) go to second location, the location of the rental. Turns out, they sent us the wrong instructions, so, after 25 hours of flights, we were at the wrong hotel for the keys the property management company put in the lock box for us.

Airbnbだとは知らなかった。
Airbnbだったのでフロントでの鍵の受け渡しではなく、鍵を別の建物に撮りに行かないといけなかった。
また、予備のトイレットペーパーはなく、リクエストをしたが翌日チェックアウトを理由に持ってきてもらえなかった。
