"La habitación olia mal, el inodoro se movia. Informamos de la situación pero decidieron ignorarnos. La propiedad es bonita, pero al parecer muy mal administrada, llegas y te toca bajarte del auto a consultar donde estacionar, nadie te apoya, parece un hotel self service. Mucho potencial pero mucho por mejorar"

"Nouveau propriétaire depuis un mois, ils sont sympathiques cependant cela n’excuse pas la propreté de la salle de bain, avons loué 2 chambres, les miroirs, vitres de douches (avec cheveux) et vanités étaient très sales, tâches d’éclaboussures de pâte à dent, pas d’eau dans la douche et évier, le lendemain matin lorsque nous les avons informé, ils nous dit qu’ils devaient activer la pompe ! Mon matelas était complètement creusé. Pas de télé, la piscine a besoin de rénovation…..dommage très bel...

The pool was absolutely phenomenal and had a great time exploring the island and having the hotel close to all the other amenities was nice. "Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours.
