"The Warwick Resort has a special atmosphere the moment you arrive. It’s invitingly decorated, we were greeted with smiles and a tasty cocktail. Staff and personnel were very friendly and professional. We were quickly checked in, giving instructions, taken to a comfortable and very clean and attractive room. "Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is a nice resort. I especially enjoyed the variety of pools and restaurants. The service on the other hand was not good. We had a few issues with our room and they were never resolved. Reached out 3-4 times and no solution. Staff attentiveness was very poor. I will not be returning to this hotel."

"The staff should have asked for the client’s reservation confirmation, itinerary number, or confirmation number at check-in. That was not done, which caused confusion about the payment for the night versus the property fee.
The front-desk staff may need additional training to ensure they always request the reservation details when a guest checks in. Other than that issue, the stay was excellent. Thank you."
