"We had a lovely stay! Thank you for the hospitality!"

"The location is excellent, across the street from the ocean, ferry and restaurants. The staff was super helpful with printed material about hiking trails and places to eat. The rooms were freshly painted and very clean. Be aware, though, that this is an older establishment and the rooms and bathrooms are small, definitely not a luxury accommodation."

"Lovely place great view of the bay large room very clean"

"Staff wonderful. Room clean. Could use some updating but overall satisfied"

"Okay, this is highly personal, but I cant stand NOISE in my hotel room. Thin walls are a definite no for me. And second is thin floors/ceilings. This place is a terrible offender in the latter. I, unfortunately, was haunted by peripatetic guests both nights I was there. "Lovely room! Beautiful suite nicely updated and very clean. Cozy fireplace and deck overlooking the creek/river. Highly recommend!"

"Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, beautiful grounds, and large room and bathroom. Convenient location."

"Exceeded our already excited expectations! We had a wonderful stay in rockport. We stayed one night and wished we had stayed our whole trip. Staff were exceptional and warm. The grounds were well kept and inside was stunning. Comfortable bed, clean room and massive bathtub! And not to forget a beautiful view of the harbor. Stay here!"

"Good location to visit the coast and Acadia in different days."

"Beautiful property! We loved the rooftop bar. Breakfast was delicious! Beds & pillows were super comfortable. Within walking distance to restaurants/shopping. We would definitely stay here again."
