"The Norfolk Hotel is a brilliant option for accommodation in the heart of Fremantle. As a solo, female traveler in town at short notice for a funeral, the convenience, simplicity, affordability and good vibes of the establishment smoothed my trip. Staff are friendly and attentive, with the manager carrying my bag to the room (there is a flight of stairs which may trouble some). "The dirtiest showers and toilets you’ll ever see in an Australian hotel imo. Not cleaned at all with rubbish not having moved in my stay. Shower heads were broken in both showers , which might explain why they weren’t ever cleaned. I think it’s a simple fix though , they just need care enough to do it."
