The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. "Beautiful apartment, well located at a midpoint between the east and west ends of the Old Montreal area, making it easy to explore the area. Apartment was clean. Beds & pillows were comfy. Towels soft and fluffy. Concerns: -window to fire escape was screwed shut with L-brackets. What if there was a fire by the front door or hallway? How would we get out? -communication was not good.
