"There was an exposed carpet tac strip that my granddaughter accidentally stepped on in our room. There was no smoke detector, only wires hanging on the wall near the ceiling. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. There were no working ice machines. The heat and humidity were so bad in the hallway, and no one vacuumed the hallway carpet while we were there. Someone left a spray bottle of cleaner on the hallway air conditioner. And I refused to eat the buffet breakfast when I saw a...
