"Check-in was easy enough, even though I had checked in on-line but when I got to hotel, their system was facing issues so I ended up checking in in person. Also there were issues with the system because the keys didn’t work after the first time so I had to get them to fix it twice. The room was good, quiet, bed comfortable. "Staff were very friendly and helpful and made the hotel feel like home. The rooms were very clean, our room had a lovely view of the city and access to a shared balcony. The many small amenities from sewing kits to make up removing tissues were appreciated. Dunedin is hilly, so the walk back up to the hotel from the town requires a reasonable level of fitness.
