It has new split system (QUIET) air-conditioning. The door has a solid sealed threshold (NO Roach Walk In's) newer and well designed basic furnishings. Modern lighting / controls. Nice art and comfortable beds / linens. Great bar and simple music on weekends. This place is a great value!"
